LOUIE- Needs a foster/forever home!

Louie is a dashing young pup, born around September 3, 2023, who would make a fantastic family dog! He's a gentle and sweet soul with a big love for playtime. Louie is a polite boy who enjoys his walks and exploring his surroundings. He's also very social with other dogs and loves to play with them, as he does well in his foster home with their resident dogs. We're unsure how he'd do with cats.

Ideal Home

Louie would do best in a home with children 10 years and older. He absolutely requires a totally enclosed, physically fenced yard where he can safely play and burn off his energy.

Ongoing Health

Louie is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Louie is house and crate-trained.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same-day adoptions.
• A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and that our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s).
• We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year to attend 1 obedience class (6-week session) outside the home.
• You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs. No out-of-state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters.
• Louie's adoption fee is $300.

Transporation

Louie is located in Birmingham, MI. We do not offer transport services for adoptions.
