About Lila

Hi there! My name is Lila, and I'm a very sweet, affectionate, and loyal young adult dog who is just dreaming of finding my forever home. My foster parents say I'm quite athletic and love my walks, though I can be a little strong on the leash. When I'm not exploring, I'm a total couch potato who loves nothing more than a good snuggle session filled with pets and kisses. I'm very loving, but I do need to be the only dog in the house, as I'm not good with other canine companions. I was previously hit by a car and had a broken pelvis, but I've made a full recovery and am all healed! I can be a bit nervous when meeting new people, but I promise that if you give me a chance, I'll blossom into your very best friend and the ultimate snuggle buddy.

Ideal Home

A single-dog household where I can be the center of attention and receive all the love and pets.

Ongoing Health

I've fully recovered from a past broken pelvis.

Training & Support

I can be a little strong on the leash during walks and may be nervous around new people initially. Patience and a gentle approach will help me feel more comfortable.
