Though she can be a little timid when meeting new people, it doesn’t take long for her to warm up and roll over for those all-important belly rubs. Queenie would thrive in a home with a big space to explore and would be a perfect companion for someone with an active lifestyle, including hiking and running. She does have a stubborn streak, especially when it comes to leashing up. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended to ensure the best fit for both the pet and the family.

Training & Support

Queenie can be a little timid when meeting new people but warms up for belly rubs. She has a stubborn streak and may decide to stop mid-walk for a rest. She can also be curious and has been known to dig or find her way out of containment if her curiosity gets the best of her, though she is not one to run off.

Queenie is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to her forever home by our rescue. Transports depart each week.
