Toto

Toto has not had an easy life. He was rescued from a neglectful situation and has endured more hardships that any pet should. It has left Toto scared both physically and emotionally. Currently in foster care, he is receiving training and has been rebuilding trust in humans, restoring his confidence, and showing him that the world can in fact be a loving place. He will take about 2-3 days to gain the trust of a new foster, but once he has done that, you will find that Toto is playful, smart, sweet, and affectionate. He is best in a home with no children or other pets.
