Meet Tobias Terrific, a delightful 10-month-old Dachshund/Bulldog mix, who currently weighs around 50 pounds. Tobias and his brothers were surrendered in Mississippi but are now eagerly awaiting their loving forever homes in New England! Prepare to be captivated by his charm!
Tobias can be a little shy when you first meet him, but his sweet personality shines through quickly. He loves to be by your side and will follow you everywhere, showing you his affectionate nature. While he enjoys playtime, he's also wonderfully obedient when it's time to settle down for the night. Tobias is friendly towards everyone and would likely do well with other dogs. He hasn't had experience with children, but he has lived with cats, so he's accustomed to feline personalities!
Ideal Home
Tobias is great on a leash and in his crate, and he already knows commands like "sit," "stay," and "stop!" He does tend to get a bit car sick, so a family who can drive smoothly and patiently would be ideal. While he loves spending time with his humans and might howl initially when left alone, he quickly calms down and finds ways to occupy himself. Tobias will need a patient and loving family to help him with potty training as he adjusts to a new home environment, but he's very motivated to please and will master it in no time.

All dogs receive up-to-date vaccinations and are spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
