Nonna

Meet our tiny little Nonna. She is one of Nova's babies who were born here at the shelter 9 weeks ago. These puppies are definitely poodle, as mama is definitely poodle, but we think there may have been a couple possibilities of dads. This little girl appears to have had a cocker or cavalier dad, but only a DNA test will tell us that for sure. This little girl will grow up to be about 9 lbs, and as she has been growing her hair has been changing length and getting curler. But she is definitely a non shed dog. These little pups will go to their new home in a Foster to adopt status, as they are too young to spay and neuter. We will have to collect a check for $200 according to Montana state law to hold until they're neuter or spay surgeries are completed by the new owner using a $50 voucher that we provide. They will have two or three vaccines on board and several wormers and are healthy little characters. They are very very friendly and they have been socialized with people and other dogs. These little kids are going to go out for our highest adoption fee as they are very desirable and they will help us to keep the lights on at the shelter.
