Austin

Austin is a precious, playful pup with a resilient spirit. He was rescued after being left in a crate with only a bowl of water and is now looking for a loving forever home. His breed is a guess, but he has handsome red coloring and may have Pit Bull Terrier and Rhodesian Ridgeback in him.

Ideal Home

Austin is reportedly great with children aged 9 and up and has dog friends at the shelter. He may be a good fit for a multi-dog home, but resident dogs should meet him to make sure everyone gets along.

Ongoing Health

Austin has been vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. He currently weighs 70 pounds, and his estimated date of birth is January 23, 2025.

Training & Support

According to his previous owner, Austin is a fantastic student and has made great strides in housetraining. With prompting, he knows what to do, though a refresher course would be beneficial after spending time at the shelter.
