Meet Georgie Porgie, a charming 3-year-old, neutered male Lab mix with a dash of Pointer and hound! Georgie Porgie is a sweet boy who was sadly left in the backyard for two years after his puppy cuteness faded. Thankfully, a rescue stepped in, and he's now thriving as an indoor dog in his foster home in Louisiana, enjoying the company of other dogs. He may be a little shy at first, but his curiosity quickly takes over, and he's eager to connect and become your best friend. Car rides are his absolute favorite, and he's thrilled to discover wonderful squeaky toys, something he never had before!

Georgie Porgie would love a home where he can be an indoor companion and get plenty of attention and enrichment, including fun squeaky toys.

Georgie Porgie is a healthy boy and has no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Georgie Porgie is still learning about the joys of being an indoor dog and is doing well with his foster family. He is described as being a bit shy at first but warms up quickly. His foster mom has loved and trained him and is happy to chat with approved adopters about this special boy.
