Bark Twain (Gunner)

Gunner, a handsome 2-year-old Pointer mix, is an amazing dog who truly strives to do good for his people! He absolutely adores squeaky toys and will enthusiastically squeak them until the cows come home – it’s the cutest thing ever! Gunner loves playing with other dogs and children, and he enjoys a good game of fetch or just general playtime. He also loves to go on hikes and simply be wherever his people are. Gunner learns super fast and already knows several commands like sit, stay (though sometimes puppy brain takes over and he needs a gentle reminder), lay down, and come. He's also making great progress on "leave it" and is house-trained. Gunner is sure to make someone a phenomenal companion!

Ideal Home

Gunner would thrive in a home that can keep up with his playful spirit and offer him plenty of opportunities for fun and exercise. He needs a cat-free home, as he does not get along well with feline friends.

Ongoing Health

Gunner is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Gunner is house-trained and knows several basic commands. He's actively working on "leave it" and is showing excellent progress. With his quick learning ability and desire to please, continued positive reinforcement will help him master new commands and behaviors.
