Meet Jack! This handsome 2-year-old Terrier mix, weighing in at 18 pounds, is the perfect combination of playful energy and sweet, easygoing charm. Jack absolutely adores being around people and has made some wonderful canine friends, getting along great with other dogs. He's learned how to use a doggy door and is doing remarkably well with his house training, though he'll benefit from a little consistency as he settles into his forever home. Jack is also crate-trained and feels secure in his den.
While Jack has an energetic side and would love to join you on adventures, he also has a laid-back personality that makes him a joy to have around. Whether it's a leisurely walk, some playtime in the yard, or just relaxing together after a busy day, Jack is happy to be part of the family's activities.
Ideal Home
Jack would thrive with an active family looking for a loving, loyal companion to share their daily lives. He's looking for a home where he can be included in all the fun!
Ongoing Health
Jack has been neutered and is up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies and distemper/parvo. He's been treated with Drontal Plus for parasites and has tested negative for heartworm with an IDEXX SNAP® 4Dx Plus Test. He's also on monthly heartworm and flea prevention.
Training & Support
Jack is doing well with house training and is kennel-trained. He'll benefit from continued consistency with potty training as he adjusts to a new environment. You'll need to be committed to ongoing housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming, and positive socialization.
