Phil is a 3-month-old, 4-pound bundle of joy who's as smart as he is adorable! This charming mix of Chihuahua, Miniature Dachshund, and Shiba Inu is a quick learner who loves to engage with his favorite people. Phil is the perfect blend of playful energy, snuggly affection, and classic puppy cuteness. He's been a great companion to the senior dogs in his foster home and absolutely adores playing with his brother. When he's not busy exploring, Phil enjoys splashing in the water, soaking up the sun, and batting around his favorite toys. He's working hard on his potty and crate training, and with your love and guidance, he'll be a pro in no time!

Phil is a social butterfly who enjoys the company of other dogs, including senior pups. He also loves playtime with his brother.

Phil is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccinations.
