He thrives with intentional guidance and can become a wonderful, loyal companion in the right environment. This high-energy pup is not suited for apartment living.

Training & Support

Gunnie DD is mouthy, nippy, energetic, and tenacious – these are not traits he will simply "grow out of." He needs owners who can be intentional and consistent; otherwise, he'll happily take the lead in the household! Breed-specific or similar working-breed experience is required.
