Skippy

Meet Skippy! She's a spunky 2.5-year-old, 25 lb bundle of love, anxiety, and squeaky toys. Skippy bonds quickly and believes personal space is a suggestion, not a rule. She's looking for a forever family who understands that she's a commitment, not a temporary companion. Skippy is house-trained, knows "Come," "Sit," and "No," and walks well on a leash. She enjoys crate time after a brief protest. Her favorite things include the outdoors, squeaky and crinkle toys, tug, fetch, and chasing squirrels (though she's never caught one!). She plays well with familiar dogs but needs slow introductions to new people and animals.

Ideal Home

Skippy would thrive with a dog-savvy, active human who appreciates her expressive whining. A big yard for zoomies is a must! A bonus dog friend would be appreciated.

Ongoing Health

Skippy is freshly spayed and fully vaccinated.

Training & Support

Skippy needs about a week to settle in, so patience is key. She knows basic commands and is house-trained. She will need slow introductions to new people and animals.
