Coffee is a handsome 1-year-old male Labrador Creole mix who weighs about 30 lbs. He was rescued in March 2024 and is currently being fostered in Saltillo, Mexico. Coffee is a loving, intelligent, obedient, and playful pup who is sociable with people of all ages, including children and other dogs. He enjoys playtime, walks, and especially cuddles. While he can be a little shy at first when meeting new people, he quickly melts into your arms once he feels comfortable and receives affection. Coffee is also dog and cat friendly, very affectionate, docile, loyal, joyful, and funny. He is crate and leash trained. Coffee was rescued as a tiny pup with his six siblings in the middle of a field.
Ideal Home
We are looking for homeowners with a fenced backyard who are active and enjoy outdoor activities. An ideal home would be with families who have an open mind about rescuing street animals, understanding their need for protection and education. Experience in dog behavior and training, along with high tolerance and patience for rescued puppies, is highly preferred. Please note that Coffee is not house-trained.

Training & Support
Coffee is crate and leash trained, but he is not house-trained. We understand that rescued pets often need extra time and support to adjust to new environments and routines. We emphasize the importance of patience and consistent guidance for successful integration.

- A home check (virtual or in-person) will be conducted.
- A virtual meet and greet will be arranged.
- If it's a good fit, you will receive an adoption contract and a trial adoption period.
Transporation
Coffee is currently being fostered in Saltillo, Mexico, and is ready to travel to the East Coast on our next cross-country trip. Transport to your home address on the East Coast is available for an additional fee.
