Lluvia is a sweet and playful 8-month-old Labrador mix with a happy, energetic personality. She’s social with other dogs, men, and women, and friendly with strangers, approaching them with curiosity and confidence. Lluvia loves to run, jump, and play, especially with toys. She enjoys chewing and playing with colorful dog balls, and she happily accepts pets and cuddles. She does not show any aggressive behavior, and while she may approach new situations with caution, she is never aggressive and doesn't bite. This joyful girl is ready to grow, learn, and share her life with a forever family.
Ideal Home
Lluvia would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard and an active family that enjoys outdoor activities. She needs a family with a genuine intention to rescue a dog and an understanding of the needs of street animals. Experience in dog behavior and training is preferred, or a willingness to hire a trainer. She requires high tolerance and patience for rescued puppies.

It's important to understand that rescued dogs may require an adjustment period due to past experiences. Patience and understanding are crucial for building trust and a strong bond.
Training & Support
Lluvia is not house-trained. Rescued pets often require time and guidance to learn house manners. With patience, routine, and positive reinforcement, she can learn and grow into a well-behaved companion.
Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- Submit an adoption form.
- Provide photos/videos of your home to ensure a safe environment.
- If there is a potential match, you will be contacted for a call or video chat to introduce you to the pet and conduct a virtual home tour.
- 1-2 references will be contacted.
- Upon approval, an adoption contract will be signed, and an adoption fee will be collected to cover vet care, vaccinations, microchip, and more.
Transporation
Lluvia is currently being fostered in Saltillo, Mexico. She is available for transport to the East Coast on scheduled cross-country trips. A one-time transport fee of $400 USD covers door-to-door delivery, including all necessary legal and health documentation. Updates will be provided throughout her journey via a private Facebook Messenger group.
