Hermes

Hermes is a handsome guy who is the perfect mix of playful adventure buddy and laid-back couch companion. He walks beautifully on leash and isn’t bothered by other dogs out on walks, though squirrels definitely catch his attention! He knows his basic manners like "sit" and "wait," and is fully housebroken with zero accidents. Hermes is a playful, happy dog who loves fetch and recently mastered retrieving and dropping the ball on command. Hiking is one of his favorite activities—put him in the woods and he truly comes alive. When it’s time to relax, Hermes enjoys sunbathing by the window or curling up for a nap, especially after a good car ride. While Hermes may be a bit cautious with some new adults at first, he warms up with patience and calm energy. Once he trusts you, he’s a total cuddle bug, happily cozying up next to you on the couch, bed, or floor. Hermes is a loyal, loving, and well-rounded dog who would make an incredible best friend for the right home.

Ideal Home

Hermes' ideal home is in an only pet household and with children 12 years and older. He would thrive with an adopter who enjoys outdoor adventures but also appreciates a calm, affectionate companion at home.
