Savannah

Hi there! My name is Savannah, and I'm an 8.5-year-old, 14lb Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I came to rescue when my loving mom had to move into a nursing home and couldn't take me with her.

I'm told I'm a super happy and silly girl, and my tail rarely stops wagging! I get so excited about everything. I do enjoy the company of other dogs and cats, but my absolute favorite companions are children! I would be overjoyed to have kids in my new home. I'm also happy to be the only animal, as my biggest love is for my humans. I'm looking for a family who is home a lot to shower me with affection.

Ongoing Health

When I arrived, I had horrible infections due to rotting teeth. After extensive surgery, I now have 8 teeth left, but it doesn't slow me down one bit! My hair was also shaved due to a flea infestation, but it's growing back beautifully. I am spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccines, and current on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

Training & Support

I'm potty trained when kept on a schedule and I'm also crate trained. I'm well-behaved when left to free-roam and don't need to be kenneled when you're away.
