Now fully recovered, Phoebe is ready to find the calm, loving home she deserves.

Phoebe is the definition of a loyal companion. In her foster home, she’s become a total shadow dog, happily following her foster mom from room to room just to be close to her people. She forms deep bonds and has the sweetest submissive smile she gives when greeting her favorite humans—a little expression that’s impossible not to fall in love with.
