BESS

Bess is a delightful Lab/Hound mix who is estimated to be around 2 years old and weighs 41 pounds. She's a happy and playful girl who has been with us for a while and is eagerly waiting for her forever family. Bess can be a little shy when she first meets new people, but with a little patience and a gentle approach, she quickly warms up and showers her favorite humans with kisses and lots of tummy rubs! She's a smart cookie too, already knowing commands like her name, come, leave-it, sit, and down. Bess can be a bit particular about her canine companions, so if you have a dog at home, we'll want them to meet Bess first to ensure they'll be the best of friends.

Ideal Home

A home that can offer patience and understanding as Bess warms up to new people. She would do best in a home where her potential dog sibling can meet her beforehand to ensure compatibility.

Bess is current on vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Bess knows several basic commands and is eager to please. Continued positive reinforcement and socialization will help her blossom.

• Our adoption fee is $100 for dogs her size. This fee includes her spay surgery, current vaccinations, and microchip.

Transporation

Bess is located at the Humane Society of Pulaski County in Little Rock, AR. We can transport pets to approved adopters in the surrounding areas.
