WOOF! I'M ROCCO! I'm a 2-year-old Border Collie-Flat-Coat mix, weighing 59 lbs, and I'm ready for my next adventure. I was rescued from a crowded shelter in California and then had a brief foster placement, but unfortunately, allergies in the home meant I needed to find a new place to land. Thankfully, I'm a happy, playful boy who loves to play with other dogs and spend time with my favorite humans.
