Kerry

Miss Kerry is a shy and gentle beauty looking for her forever family. This lovely girl navigates life on three paws, as one of her hind legs was amputated during her stray days. Kerry has adjusted remarkably well to being a tripod and is a testament to resilience! She has made incredible progress in her foster home, learning to trust and enjoy human companionship. To aid her journey, she's on anti-anxiety medication, with a plan to gradually taper it down as her confidence grows.

Ideal Home

Kerry would thrive in a calm and patient home environment. She would not be comfortable in loud or chaotic settings. A home without young children or many visitors would be ideal for her. Kerry dreams of being by your side and continuing to blossom.

Ongoing Health

Kerry is a tripod dog and is currently on anti-anxiety medication. The plan is to gradually discontinue this medication as she gains more confidence. She is also eating a GI food, which she enjoys, though it is not medically necessary.

Training & Support

Kerry is housetrained and good with other dogs. She ignores cats. With patience and love, Kerry will continue to flourish.
