MEET ROMEO! This handsome, loyal, and protective 6-1/2-year-old Black Mouth Cur mix weighs about 74 lbs. Romeo loves to walk, hike, and be by his person's side. He'd make a wonderful companion for an active individual or family who enjoys exciting journeys and outdoor adventures!

Romeo is a smart, affectionate boy with a very strong bond with his people. He's easy to groom, playful, and absolutely loves a good belly rub! He has done well with other dogs in a home setting and is easy to handle when it comes to grooming.

Ideal Home

Romeo would do best in a non-congested area where neighbors aren't a constant concern, as he can be protective of those he doesn't know. He needs a strong owner who understands his breed and prey drive. He is not a big fan of kids.

Ongoing Health

Romeo is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Romeo has a prey drive and needs a strong owner. He is house-trained. He will benefit from continued exercise and an owner who understands his breed.
