Ongoing Health
Rema has received 3 puppy shots and deworming with each vaccination. They have an upcoming health exam and rabies vaccination appointment on July 7th. You will receive a folder with all relevant medical records when you pick Rema up.
Training & Support
As a young puppy, Rema will benefit from consistent training and positive reinforcement to help them learn the ropes and grow into a well-behaved companion.
Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive an "Approval Letter" followed by the "Transport Roster Information form."
- This form will allow you to select your pickup location and pay the transport fee.
- The adoption fee of $275 is due upon pickup.
- A $75 transport fee is due upfront to secure your adoption and transport.

- Rockford, Illinois: PetSmart (Parking Lot), 6320 East State Street, Rockford, Illinois 61108, 5:00-7:00 PM
