Fawn

Meet Fawn! This precious young lady, estimated to be 2-3 years old, is a blonde Lab/Husky mix who was found as a stray in South Dallas. Fawn has an endearing personality – she's smart, very affectionate, loves to be social, and is eager to learn. She entertains herself with toys or a chew, but is always happiest when you join her! Fawn seems to get along well with other dogs, both small and large, but as with any new pup, a cautious introduction to your resident pets is always recommended.

Fawn has the cutest "sploot," often found lounging with her legs spread out like a frog! She loves to follow her people around and snuggle close for belly scratches. She's been doing great with learning boundaries, has had no accidents inside, and sleeps quietly through the night. She used to be scared of car rides, but now she happily jumps in, realizing they can be fun! We don't know how she is with cats as she hasn't met any.

Ideal Home

Fawn would love a home where she can be your constant companion, showering you with affection and enjoying plenty of snuggle time.

Ongoing Health

Fawn is heartworm positive, but has started on doxycycline and will begin heartworm treatment soon.

Training & Support

Fawn is house-trained and has learned quickly about car rides. She takes corrections well and is eager to please, making her a joy to train.
