Meet Paloma!

Paloma is a sweet and loving pup who just arrived from Tijuana, Mexico. She is believed to be a Chihuahua and possibly Dachshund mix, and she's one of nine adorable pups who have found their way to safety. Their previous owner sadly passed away, and compassionate rescuers stepped in to give these little ones a second chance. Now, they're settling into our care, and we're excited to help them find their forever families. Paloma is a real snuggler and loves to follow her person around. She's a wonderful companion and gets along well with other dogs. While cats can startle her, she isn't aggressive towards them. She does bark to alert you to things or announce your presence, but she's not excessively yappy. Paloma also has a charming habit of dancing on her hind legs! She's still learning about potty training but is a smart girl who is eager to please.

Ideal Home

Paloma would love a home where she can snuggle up with her favorite person. She gets along well with other dogs. While cats can initially spook her, slow introductions may help her feel more comfortable.

Ongoing Health

Paloma has received a wellness check, vaccinations, and is microchipped. She has also been spayed/neutered. All known medical information is disclosed prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Paloma is currently working on her potty training and is eager to please. Information about crate training, leash skills, known commands, and treat motivation is still being determined.
