Chloe

Hi there! My name is Chloe, and I'm a lovely 9-year-old female Pug. I'll be honest, I was a bit on the chubbier side when I first arrived in rescue, but my foster mom has done a wonderful job helping me shed some pounds. While I look fantastic now, the best part is that I feel so much better! My foster mom takes me on two walks a day, each about a mile long. I could go further, but I don't want to wear her out, especially since she's the one who gives me my food! I'm not a "Velcro" Pug – yes, non-Velcro Pugs do exist! I love to perch on the back of the sofa by the window and watch the world go by. I have excellent house manners.

Ideal Home

Chloe enjoys a home where she can relax and observe the world. While she has excellent house manners, her public manners need some work.

Ongoing Health

Chloe has successfully slimmed down with the help of her foster mom and feels much better. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Chloe can show a bit of leash aggression when she sees other dogs on walks. Her foster mom has managed this by crossing the street to avoid close encounters. Chloe could benefit from some additional training to help her improve her public behavior.
