Ace

Meet Ace! This incredibly sweet 3.5-year-old, 30lb Labrador/Shepherd mix has been with us for over 3 years and is dreaming of finding his perfect forever family. Ace is an energetic and playful pup who absolutely loves to cuddle up close when you crouch down. He's a huge snuggler and bonds deeply with his people. Because he was raised in a kennel environment, Ace will need some guidance with basic obedience skills. He can be a little protective of his loved ones, so he'll need an owner committed to working on this behavior. Ace can be wary of and reactive with men, so he would do best in a home with a single woman.

Ideal Home

Ace would thrive in an active home where he can go on hikes, long walks, or exciting adventures. A securely fenced yard is a must for him to run and play. He does well with other dogs and would love a canine companion to share his zoomies with. He has not been tested with cats.

Ongoing Health

Ace is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Being raised in a kennel means Ace will benefit from continued training in basic obedience. He also needs support in managing his protective tendencies and building confidence around men.
