Hank

Hank is a distinguished gentleman, a 9+ year old Boxer ready to trade his walking shoes for slippers. He's a bit of a character with a split personality – he can be goofy, but it takes a little time for that side to emerge. Hank can be selective about his human and canine friends, as he spent most of his life as a devoted best friend to one human who sadly passed away. Because his previous human didn't often take him out and about, Hank isn't the best on a leash and isn't overly social in general.

Ideal Home

Hank would thrive in a home where he can enjoy his retirement as a couch potato. He's not high-maintenance, but he does need a fenced yard to potter around in and someone to keep him company. Due to his selective nature with both people and other animals, Hank would likely do best as the sole furry companion in the home.

Ongoing Health

Hank is a senior gentleman and is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Hank is not social in general and not good on leash. He would benefit from continued patient socialization and leash training.
