Meet Duri, a sweet girl whose journey from survival to sunshine is truly inspiring! Duri's early life was marked by fear and uncertainty, as she and her brother Jack faced constant threats from street dogs. This challenging start meant that survival mode was her norm.

But Duri's story has a beautiful new chapter. She has since completed heartworm treatment and undergone an intensive rehabilitation program. Now, she's discovering the joy of a soft bed, gentle hands, and the space to simply be loved. Duri adores people, but due to her past experiences, she still finds it difficult to feel safe around other dogs. This is rooted in fear, not aggression, and she is bravely working through it day by day. Duri is ready for a home that offers the patience, compassion, and boundless love she deserves, allowing her to finally experience the happy ending she's always dreamed of.

Ideal Home

A home that is patient, compassionate, and can provide a safe environment for Duri to continue building her confidence. She needs a home that understands her past and is willing to help her heal. Duri would likely do best in a home without other dogs and without children.

Duri has successfully completed her heartworm treatment.
