Dot

Meet Dot! This striking 6-year-old, 68 lb Belgian Malinois mix (her lineage is a delightful mystery!) is ready to steal your heart. Dot is the whole package – intelligent, loving, and a total snuggle bug once she feels comfortable. She'll need a little time to warm up to new faces, but her loyalty and affection are well worth the wait.

Ideal Home

Dot would thrive in a home with older children (8+) and would love to have a canine friend of similar size, provided proper introductions are made. Due to her prey drive, she would do best in a home without cats or small critters.

Ongoing Health

Dot is fully vetted, including vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchip.

Training & Support

Dot is house and crate trained and is highly treat-motivated, making her eager to learn. She does have a bit of a prey drive and her leash skills are a work in progress, but with patience and positive reinforcement (especially with snacks!), she's sure to master them. We recommend practicing the 3-3-3 rule when bringing Dot home to help her decompress and adjust to her new environment.
