Meet Misty, a 70 lb German Shepherd x Black Mouth Cur mix, estimated to be born on 9/8/2020. Misty is a gorgeous big girl with an even bigger heart. This happy, loving pup has a gentle and laid-back personality that makes her a wonderful companion. She loves playing with toys, showing off her good manners for treats, and hopping in the car for a ride. Most of all, Misty adores being close to her people and would love nothing more than a forever cuddle buddy to call her own. Misty's journey to rescue is a touching one. Her beloved owner was placed in hospice with very little time left, and their caretaker worked tirelessly to find a safe place for Misty to go. Our rescue was able to step in just in time so her owner could have peace of mind knowing Misty would be safe, loved, and cared for. Now Misty is living with a wonderful foster family while she waits patiently for her forever home. She's ready to give her whole heart to someone special who will love her just as much as she loves them.
