Frederick

Frederick is our sweet little old man, a charming Dachshund mix who is about 7 years young. He was found as a stray and came to us with some skin issues and needing a dental cleaning, but he's now flea-free, his skin has cleared up, and he's feeling much better! Frederick quickly settled in with his foster family, which includes dogs and humans. He loves to play with his ball and enjoys sunbathing on the deck. He's definitely a lap dog who also cherishes his special chair. He's good with all dogs and cats, has been neutered, and is heartworm negative.

Ideal Home

Frederick would thrive in a home where he can be a cherished lap dog, enjoying sunny spots and playtime with his favorite ball.

Ongoing Health

Frederick had some skin issues that have now cleared up and he is flea-free. He also needed a dental cleaning, which has been completed. He is heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Frederick has already proven to be a wonderful companion, blending in well with his foster family. He is house-trained and good with other animals.
