Taco

Hi there! My name is Taco, and I'm a sweet and affectionate 2-year-old boy weighing about 61 lbs. I arrived at the shelter as a stray from the East Palestine area. When I first meet new people or find myself in unfamiliar situations, I can be a bit timid. However, once I feel comfortable and get to know you, my true loving personality shines through! I'm a good boy who keeps my kennel clean at night and appears to be mostly housebroken. I'm also learning to be more social with other dogs and am even starting to enjoy playing with them! If you're looking for a loyal companion to bring into your life, I'd love for you to consider me.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped. My adoption fee includes heartworm testing, a parvo/distemper vaccine, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, a 3-day de-wormer, and spay surgery.

Training & Support

I'm working on my confidence around new people and situations. A foster-to-adopt period is highly recommended to ensure I'm a perfect fit for your family before the adoption is finalized.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our adoption fee is $152, payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card (a convenience fee applies for card payments).
• If paying by check, two checks are required: one for the dog license and one for the adoption fee.
• All dogs are spayed or neutered unless a health issue prevents it.
• If the dog you're interested in has medical conditions requiring treatment, we kindly ask for your help with medical bills in addition to the adoption fee if possible.
• Adoptions are completed in person at the shelter, and an adoption contract must be signed.

Transportation

I am currently at the shelter located at 8455 County Home Road, Lisbon, OH 44432. You will need to travel to the shelter to adopt me.
