Maya is a sweet and gentle soul, who is looking for a quiet and stable home where she can truly blossom. She is a little shy at first but warms up quickly and shows her playful and loving side. She loves to cuddle and will happily snooze by your side for hours. Maya was rescued from a difficult situation and is now ready to leave her past behind and embrace a brighter future with a loving family.

Ideal Home

Maya would thrive in a calm and predictable environment. She would do best in a home without young children, as she can be a bit easily startled. A patient and understanding owner who can give her the time and space she needs to adjust would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Maya has received a comprehensive medical workup from our dedicated team. She is up-to-date on all core vaccinations, including Distemper, Parvovirus, Adenovirus, and Parainfluenza. She has also received vaccinations for Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Rabies (as she is over 5 months old). She has been tested for heartworm, Lyme disease, Anaplasmosis, and Ehrlichiosis. A full panel blood test has been completed, and she is microchipped with free lifetime registration. She has been dewormed and treated with Bravecto for flea and tick prevention. Maya has also been spayed.

Training & Support

Maya is still learning to build her confidence. Gentle guidance and positive reinforcement will be key to her continued growth. She may benefit from continued socialization and basic obedience training to help her feel more secure in various situations.
