King

Meet King, a 1 year and 6-month-old, 53 lb male mixed breed. King is a big shy teddy bear! He came to us from a home that was overwhelmed with animals. He is in need of a patient person that will respect his fears and give him all of the cuddles he craves.

King has lived with dogs, cats, and other small mammals. One of our staff recently took him for a Dog Day Out. Here's what they had to say: "This sweet boy is nothing but a love bug! We went for a drive around Hobart -- watching as people are preparing for the 4th of July parade. He loved looking out the window and seeing the world around him! He definitely isn’t a stranger to affection either; this big guy tried getting up in my seat with zero hesitation! All in all, this guy is amazing and he definitely deserved his pup cup!"
