Nala is an 8-year-old, spayed female Shepherd/Retriever mix who weighs 52 pounds. She was found abandoned in Texas and is now in a loving foster home. Nala is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet, with a tail that never stops wagging! She's an easygoing girl with a peaceful presence, making her a joy to have around. Nala has a wonderful balance of being relaxed and fun, enjoying playful moments while still having a naturally calm demeanor.
Ideal Home
Nala would do best in a home that appreciates her calm, loving nature. She would be a great candidate for a family home with children of various ages and would also do well with another friendly dog, especially larger breeds. She would also be happy as a solo dog, soaking up all the love. Nala is generally relaxed and content lounging nearby, so she can adapt well to both active and more laid-back households.

Training & Support
Nala is fully house-trained and crate-trained. She walks nicely on a leash with a calm pace and is very manageable. Nala has good manners overall, though she may prefer some space while eating, especially around unfamiliar dogs. She has shown no issues with people around her food or any toy guarding behaviors.
