About George the Goodest Boy
Meet George, a one-year-old bundle of pure joy and playful energy! This goofball believes the world is his oyster, meant for endless love, kisses, and play. He's a wiggly, squishy pup who instantly makes friends and will likely claim your lap as his own. His sweet, goofy smile and ever-wagging propeller-like tail are sure to win you over in a heartbeat.
George absolutely adores people and is eager to be your constant companion. He's affectionate, cuddly, and wants to be involved in everything you do. He'd be thrilled to be your shadow, couch potato partner, adventure buddy, or just the reason you laugh every day. While he has plenty of puppy energy, he also has a soft, loving side and is happiest when he's close to his humans, soaking up attention and dishing out kisses.
When George isn't showering you with affection, he's all about play! He's incredibly dog-friendly and greets every canine companion with an immediate play bow, kisses, and then joyful chaos. He thrives with dogs that enjoy a rough-and-rowdy play style and loves running, chasing games, tug, and sharing toys. He even has a signature move of ducking under things like they're personal tunnels! George currently lives happily with multiple dogs and would love to have dog siblings in his new home. However, he also loves his people just as much and could be a happy only dog if his humans are committed to keeping him engaged and active.
George is still very much a puppy with all the delightful bouncy energy that comes with it. He walks beautifully on leash, frequently checking in with eye contact, making him a wonderful companion for outings and adventures. He's the perfect dog to take everywhere, always ready for the next experience by your side.
While George approaches cats with sweet, goofy intentions, his playfulness can sometimes be a bit much for them. He doesn't want to harm them; he just wants to play, endlessly, even when they've had enough. Because of this, a cat-free home would be ideal. However, he could potentially go into a home with feline friends if they have safe spaces to retreat and if he has a playful dog companion to help redirect his energy.
George loves children and does well with them, but his enthusiasm and bouncy play can be a little rough. Older children who can handle his excitement and occasional affectionate hops would be the best fit. He'd make an amazing family dog, blending playfulness with cuddles perfectly!
George is adaptable and could thrive in an apartment with an active family or a house with a yard for zoomies. Continued training will help him channel his excitement, but his eagerness to engage and love makes him a joy to work with. He's a silly, affectionate, playful soul who wants nothing more than to love hard and live life to the fullest.
