Meet Luma, also known as Miss Thing! This sweet girl is a true star, shining wherever she goes and somehow knowing just what you need. She's up for any adventure you have in mind, or happy to settle in for a quiet night on the couch. Luma loves being outdoors, whether it's rolling in the grass, exploring on walks, or simply enjoying the fresh air in the yard. A couple of walks a day or access to a fenced yard is perfect for her. When her adventuring is done, you can find her curled up on a blanket or pillow for a well-deserved nap.

Luma's greatest joy is being with her people. She'll happily "supervise" in the kitchen, snuggle up next to you while you watch TV, or greet you with enthusiastic hops after a long day. She's affectionate, deeply connected, and happiest when she's a part of your life.

Training & Support

Luma already knows several basic commands, including sit, lay down, stay, and come. She politely waits while her food is prepared and does well in her crate, though she prefers to be with her people. She is learning to be more comfortable around other dogs, and slow introductions with positive reinforcement, especially treats, have been successful. She is decent on leash and continues to work on her reactions around other dogs.
