Spice

Spice's journey began on the streets of Houston, where she was found by her current foster family roaming with her puppies. Thanks to their kindness, the little family was brought to safety. Her puppies have all found loving forever homes, and now it's finally Spice's turn. Spice is approximately 2 years old, weighing in at 59lbs, spayed, and fully vaccinated. She has been around children ages 5, 10, 13, and 17 and does wonderfully. She also lives peacefully with both small and large dogs, making her a great fit for many households. Spice is a low-maintenance, easygoing girl. She takes a little time to come out of her shell and can be shy when meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, she's happy just being part of the family. She's not the type of dog who constantly wants to cuddle or be the center of attention. Instead, Spice enjoys lounging nearby, relaxing, and quietly keeping you company. She's independent, gentle, and content simply being in a safe, loving home. After raising her puppies and watching each of them find a family, it's now Spice's turn to be someone's dog. She has spent her life taking care of others, now she deserves a home where she can simply be loved. If you're looking for a calm, independent companion who asks for very little but will appreciate the safety and comfort of a loving home, Spice may be the perfect match.

Ideal Home

Spice would do well in a home where she can feel safe and loved. She is comfortable around children of various ages and lives peacefully with both small and large dogs.

Training & Support

Spice is house-trained and does not chew furniture or dig in the yard. She may be shy when meeting new people but warms up once she feels comfortable.
