Bruno

Bruno is a sweet boy who was adopted from us in 2020. He was recently found by animal control, abandoned and scared. It didn't take long for him to open up with his foster family and realize he's safe. He's learning that his people will always come home, and is working through some separation anxiety with positive reinforcement. Bruno is very treat-motivated and thrives when rewarded for good behavior. He also enjoys the company of other non-aggressive dogs.

Ideal Home

Bruno would do well in a home where he can continue to build trust and learn that he is safe. He plays well with other dogs that are not aggressive.

Ongoing Health

Bruno has been fully vetted and neutered. He tested heartworm positive but has been started on the slow-kill treatment method without any issues.

Training & Support

Bruno is leash-, crate-, and house-trained. He is very treat-motivated and learns best when rewarded, which will be helpful as he continues to work through his separation anxiety.
