Bella is a beautiful 9-year-old Boxer who once had a loving home where she was a loyal protector and the center of her family's universe. Sadly, in her senior years, Bella was left behind at a shelter, confused and heartbroken. She longs to be noticed and chosen again, and is looking for a quiet retirement home where she can heal and trust. Bella needs patience and space to adjust, but once she forms a bond, her love is deep and meaningful. She would do best as the only dog in the home and likely does not get along with cats. Older, respectful children who understand Bella's past experiences would be welcome. She doesn't need chaos or constant activity, but rather kindness, consistency, and someone who sees her incredible worth. Bella spent her life protecting others; now it's her turn to be protected.

Bella needs a quiet retirement home with patience and space to heal. She would do best as the only dog in the home and likely no cats. Older, respectful children are welcome.
