Pearl

Pearl is a charming girl, approximately 1-2 years old and weighing 55.5 lbs. She's a spayed female and a delightful mix of breeds – perhaps a Spaniel, Poodle, Pittie, or even a Fluffy Boxer mix! Whatever her lineage, she's absolutely adorable. Pearl was a mom at some point and is now looking for her forever home. She's incredibly obedient and loving towards people and would do wonderfully in a home with children.

Ideal Home

Pearl adores kids and is gentle, even when excited. She is looking for a home with a fenced-in yard where she can romp and play at least once or twice a day. She is not a fan of cats.

Ongoing Health

Pearl is heartworm positive. This is a treatable condition transmitted by mosquitoes. Her treatment will be fully covered and managed by FCAR.

Training & Support

Pearl can get overly excited on the leash and is a strong puller. She would benefit from someone who can help her manage her leash excitement or someone who enjoys running with their dog.

Transporation

Pearl is currently being fostered in Olney, MD. We adopt to homes in DC, MD, or VA, including bordering cities in these states.
