With his bright eyes, perky ears that twitch at every sound, and an expression that just melts your heart, Braeburn is a true charmer. He's a compact Catahoula mix, estimated to be born around June 1, 2025, making him the perfect size to be your spoiled couch companion. Braeburn is gentle, affectionate, and loves nothing more than playing with his toys, enjoying zoomies in a fenced backyard, and soaking up all the attention. He's happiest exploring at his own pace and is a very easy addition to any home. He absolutely loves treats, so be sure to have them on hand! Braeburn walks nicely on a leash, and he'd be thrilled to join you on hikes. He also enjoys car rides and running errands, making him the ideal shotgun buddy. When it's time to relax, he loves to snuggle up on the couch or a soft bed with his favorite toys. A basket full of plush toys would be a dream come true for him! Braeburn is a smart boy who will be a fun companion to train and work with. He loves making new friends!

• The adoption fee is $1,000, which includes all vetting, vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter, flea and heartworm prevention, microchip with free lifetime registration, a Martingale collar, a health certificate for travel, and transport costs.
• Additional perks for adopters include behavioral testing and information, discounts on Embark DNA tests, 30-day pet insurance with Trupanion, a free online dog training session with GoodPup, discounts on in-person dog training through Rover Training, a discount on a fresh dog food subscription, coupons for Petco, and discounts on pet first aid supplies and monthly preventatives.
• Adopters gain access to an exclusive Facebook group for networking and resources.

Transportation

Braeburn is currently fostered in the Indianapolis, IN area. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through a private Facebook event page. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
