Venus

Venus is a total sweetheart who has blossomed beautifully since arriving at the shelter! What started as a shy demeanor has blossomed into a confident pup who absolutely loves to play tug and shower her favorite people with cuddles. She's made friends with other dogs in our care and enjoys meeting new humans. Venus is ready to leave her past behind and embrace a future filled with love and fun in your home. Get ready for the best snuggles of your life!

Ideal Home

Venus would be a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys playtime and plenty of cuddle time. She is friendly with other dogs but would also be happy as the only canine in the house. We don't know how she'd do with cats or children, so introductions would be important. She dislikes loud noises and being denied cuddles.

Ongoing Health

Venus is spayed, up-to-date on all her vaccines, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Venus is working on her house-training and is doing well on a schedule, though occasional accidents may still happen. She has never been crated in our care, so her comfort with crates is unknown. She walks well on a leash and enjoys her strolls.
