Glover is a charming 8-year-old gentleman, estimated to be around 16 lbs, who embodies the spirit of a tiny retired dog with a passion for tennis balls. He's a likely Miniature Pinscher/Rat Terrier mix who has mastered the art of easy companionship. Glover settles in quickly, makes himself at home, and is content to be a part of whatever you're doing. He loves toys, especially playing fetch, and his playful spark comes alive when they're involved. Glover is naturally curious, confident, and handles new people, environments, and dogs with an easygoing attitude. He's gentle, affectionate, and has an impressive tolerance for handling, though he prefers keeping all four paws on the ground rather than being picked up.
Ideal Home
Glover would thrive in an environment with a person nearby, a few toys, and a peaceful place to call his own. Apartment living would suit him perfectly, as he's adaptable enough for various home types. He gets along well with dogs of all sizes and calm, dog-savvy cats who appreciate a respectful housemate. He is not looking for a wrestling partner or a zoomie buddy.
Ongoing Health
Glover appears to have some age-related changes to his hearing and eyesight, but he navigates life with confidence and seems unbothered by these changes.
Training & Support
Glover is described as incredibly low maintenance. After a little exploration, he's happy to relax. He is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on a leash.
