He started his journey needing a fresh start at a young age but found his luck change when he was welcomed into foster care. Now, this happy, thriving pup is ready to find the forever family he's been waiting for. At just 1 year old, Lenny is curious, energetic, incredibly intelligent, and always ready for his next adventure. He loves to stay busy and bonds quickly with his people, happily becoming your loyal sidekick through every adventure. After an active day, Lenny is more than happy to curl up for snuggles with his favorite humans.

Lenny is looking for an active home that understands the needs of his breed and is excited to help him continue growing into the amazing companion he's meant to be. He'll thrive with consistency, positive reinforcement, and a family that enjoys working with such a smart breed. He enjoys having canine friends to play with and would be happy to have another playful dog in his forever home, though it's not a requirement as long as he gets plenty of exercise, enrichment, and socialization. We do not know how he does with cats.
