Meet Bubba! He's an 8-year-old sweetheart with the gentlest soul and the pocket pittie energy we all love. Bubba is the definition of a soul dog, and the bond you'll build with him is something truly special. His favorite place in the world? Curled up on your chest, snuggled in close for hours at a time. He's calm, low-energy, and perfectly content relaxing at home with his people. He's easygoing, affectionate, and happiest when he's soaking up love (and sunshine!). He loves to do an occasional zoom about once a month in the backyard. Don't let his chill personality fool you – Bubba gets so excited when the leash comes out! He walks beautifully and does great passing other dogs on walks. Bubba is also a great traveler and never misses a meal. He loves burrowing underneath blankets and thinks he's a weighted blanket, lovingly laying his whole body on your chest. He gives kisses very sparingly, which makes them extra special. Bubba has been cat and dog tested at the rescue and passed! He is a bit timid/unsure with dominant dogs. We think he would do great living with a cat! We're also happy to test Bubba in additional situations to help ensure the perfect fit for both him and his future family – just let us know what you need!

Drop off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
