Angelo

Angelo is a sweet, gentle senior dog who has overcome a lot and is now ready for his loving forever or foster home. He's approximately 10 years old and has had a full dental and is completely vetted. When Angelo first arrived, he didn't know how to play, but now he happily chases balls, snuggles his stuffies, and loves a good game of tug. With the help of a trainer, he has learned several commands. He is fully house-trained and can be left alone without a crate. Angelo loves nothing more than soaking up the sun and napping in a yard.

Ideal Home

Angelo would do best in a calm, quiet home with a secure fenced yard. He needs to be the only dog in the household and must have a home without cats, as he recently had a disagreement with his former cat housemates. He gets anxious on public walks and is also anxious around certain men in hats.

Angelo has had a full dental and is completely vetted.

Training & Support

Angelo has learned several commands, including "no," "sit," "wait," "stay," "come," and "down" (with a hand signal). He is fully house-trained and comfortable being left alone without a crate. He can get anxious on walks and around certain men in hats, so a calm environment is recommended.
