A little about them

Duke is a sweet, energetic 9-month-old Heeler who warms up quickly despite being shy at first. He weighs approximately 45 pounds and would make a wonderful jogging, hiking, or farm companion.

Ideal Home

Duke needs a patient home that provides structure rather than discipline. He does not respond well to yelling or threats and generally prefers men, though he is friendly with women. He is safe around chickens, horses, cows, cats, and other young dogs.

Ongoing Health

Duke is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on preventives.

Training & Support

Duke has great recall, is fully house-trained with a dog door, and crates quietly. He is eager to please but energetic, and he enjoys chewing dog beds.
