Meet Gucci! This handsome black Lab has a resilient spirit and a whole lot of goofy puppy energy. Gucci's journey has been quite an adventure; he was abandoned in New Mexico, then brought to Texas, where he received wonderful care and a second chance at life. He's a "work in progress," but we know the best things in life often are! Gucci has a heart as big as Texas and is busy being a hero while he waits for his forever family. He's eager to please and highly motivated by toys and treats, making training a fun and rewarding bonding experience.

Gucci would thrive with an active individual, couple, or family who loves a good game of fetch and is ready to guide a smart, loving dog through his energetic phase.
Ongoing Health
Gucci is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, and is spayed/neutered, flea and heartworm treated.
Training & Support
Gucci is still learning some basic manners and training. He's very eager to please and highly motivated by toys and treats, so continued training will be a fun bonding experience. We know our dogs very well and have spent countless hours with them, learning all of their quirks and goofy personalities. We provide socialization for our dogs through playgroups and one-on-one bonding time, where we will also work on their other skills such as leash training and basic commands. Our goal is to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts and just want someone to be understanding with them, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be!

Transporation
Gucci is located in Texas. Transportation is available in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH, LA. AZ is coming soon. (Predetermined locations and times apply.) The adoption and transportation fee ranges from $100-$500. Private custom transport routes and destinations are available upon request with financial responsibility on the adopted family. Texas adopters have a $250 flat rate fee for transporting within the state. Our animals are brought to you in transport buses or vans equipped with air conditioning for comfort and onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. Pick-up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private Facebook event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. Our adoption coordinator will help to find the closest transport pick-up location to you. For those being picked up at our Angleton, TX location, the fee is $75.
